Calculation of prices

The offer price is calculated from the number of nights, the desired number of bedrooms and persons over 6 years.

Plus children 2-6 years with 10 € / night
     Plus babies up to 40 € once (cot / chair included) Minus discounts
Plus high season surcharge 18th Dec. - 08th Jan.
   Plus 1 daily rate for final cleaning (rate for all bedrooms and persons incl. discounts or surcharges)
Plua handling fee 30,00 €

The minimum rental period from 18 December to 08 January is 14 nights: a seasonal surcharge applies and we charge 14 nights even if you rent for a shorter period. Exceptions can be agreed.

CANCELLATION

Condition for reimbursement:

The deposit is subject to reimbursement following these deadlines:

Cancellation up to 4 months before arrival night: 10% of booking fee

Cancellation up to 2 months before arrival night: 20% of booking fee

Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival night: 50% of booking fee

Cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival night: 70% of booking fee

Cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival night: 80% of booking fee

Cancellation from 13 nights before arrival night: 100% of booking fee

The tenant is entitled to present another tenant on his behalf in case he/she is unable to travel.

RENTAL PERIOD

The tenant can check-in starting from 4 PM on the arrival night. Check-out on the departure night is 10 AM.

Since we have to pay our employees adequately, will be charged for arriving at the property after 20 clock 30 euro extra fees.

Unjustified delays of our employees (prearranged arrival is not met) we need to calculate per hour with 15 euros

Other arrangements can be made with the caretaker on an individual basis and is not an entitlement. On the night of departure the cleaning personnel needs to be granted access to all facilities from 10AM. You may deposit your luggage on the night of departure at an appropriate spot (spare room, porch etc.). In case you wish to extend your rental period, please get in touch with us and will make you an offer.

In case your flight arrives around midnight (common with flights from Madrid) you still can only access the rooms at 4 PM. Therefore we suggest you to book the previous night as well in order to avoid any inconveniences upon arrival. It is important to keep this in mind when you make your booking.

GROUP FACILITIES

Usage of group rooms at Finca Montimar and Finca SanJuan (Batista) as seminar room is free of charge. Fee for usage as breakfast / dining room (+ kitchen usage) 150€/day, final cleaning fee €300 (once).

USAGE OF THE BOOKED ROOMS

If you only booked one bed room, you are only entitled to use that room and the associated bathroom. In case you want to change your rooms and use further or other rooms, please get in touch with us, we will make you an offer. In case you are using (additional) units you did not book, we need to bill the extra rooms and services used. The use of an extra bed room also for children up to 6 years of age is also subject to charge. A free of charge stay for children is only possible together in the bedroom of their parents e.g. on a additional bed (additional fee, see below) or a studio couch if one of these options exist at the booked premises.

Please confirm with us before the booking. Fees: Baby bed (suitable for children up to 2 years) 40€ rent once for your stay, high chair included. Extra bed (suitable for children up to 6 years) 10€ per night, high chair included

PETS

You may not bring pets to any of out units.

CLEANING

The rental object will be cleaned before you arrive. We can arrange cleaning during your stay, which is subject to charge.
Additional cleaning costs: 25,00 € per hour
Final cleaning fee is obligatory and will be included in the rent. On departure day You have to hand over the apartment swept clean.

LINEN CHANGE

A chargeable linen change during your stay is possible on request.
Additional towel change: 1 large towel, 2 small towels, 1 pool towel.
